The social value estimator and the readiness check produce indicative estimates from the figures you enter. They are not a valuation, an audit, a guarantee of outcome or return, or professional advice, and they should not be relied on in isolation in a procurement submission. Check any figure you intend to publish or bid with against your own data.

Template answers, KPI wording and tender information on this site are examples and summaries. Deadlines, thresholds and notice details are drawn from public sources and can change without notice; always confirm the position with the contracting authority’s own notice before you rely on it.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own organisation’s internal use. You may not resell our content, present our tools as your own, attempt to gain access to areas you are not authorised to use, or submit false details through our forms.

Where we give you access to the sponsor portal or a staff account, keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. Evidence and application material you upload must be yours to share. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including a tool, without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, contract or bid outcome, arising from use of this site or reliance on its estimates. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
