1001 Entrepreneurs

The programme creates one thousand and one opportunities.

1001 Entrepreneurs equips underserved communities with the business and employability training, mentoring and network they need to build self-sustaining and viable life choices. Corporate sponsorship pays for the places.

What a place includes

  • Structured business training delivered in cohorts
  • One-to-one mentoring from experienced operators
  • Practical support with finance, pricing and route to market
  • Peer network and alumni access after the cohort ends
  • Follow-up at six and twelve months to record outcomes

Cost per place

£400

Sponsorship is costed per place, so your contribution converts directly into a number of funded founders. A £10,000 sponsorship funds 25 places.

How sponsorship actually funds a place

Your sponsorship does not go into a general pot. It is converted into named training places, and you can trace each place from budget to outcome. Open any stage for the full detail.

What the £400 place fee covers

  • Facilitator and mentor time
  • Learning materials and toolkits
  • Online delivery platform and venue access
  • Alumni network and ongoing peer support
  • Outcome tracking and follow-up interviews
