Deliver the programme
Delivery is where the evidence is created. Attendance, mentoring hours and milestone progress are captured during the cohort rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Structured training
Cohorts work through business planning, pricing, finance basics, marketing and route to market with experienced facilitators.
One-to-one mentoring
Every founder is paired with a mentor. Where you sponsor employee involvement, your own people can take these mentoring sessions.
Live evidence capture
Attendance registers, session notes and mentoring hours are logged at the point of delivery so nothing is estimated later.
Milestone tracking
Founder milestones such as trading start, first hire or first contract are recorded against the cohort as they occur.
