Commit budget

Agree a sponsorship level and see it converted into a fixed number of training places at £400 each.

Allocate places

Funded places are matched to named cohorts with a start date, a location and identified founders.

Deliver the programme

Founders attend structured training and mentoring while attendance, progress and outcomes are recorded as they happen.

Report the impact

Quarterly dashboards and an annual impact statement show what was funded, who benefited and what changed.
