A corporate mentoring session in progress

Impact and proof

Cohort outcomes

Cohort outcomes are the core of the evidence base. We record what happened to each funded founder during training and then again after it, so reported impact reflects durable change rather than attendance on the final day.

Completion and attendance

Registers are taken every session, so completion rates are calculated from recorded attendance rather than from enrolment numbers.

Businesses started or sustained

We record trading status at the start and end of each cohort, distinguishing new businesses from existing ones that became sustainable.

Six and twelve month follow-up

Founders are contacted twice after the cohort ends. Non-responses are reported as non-responses, never assumed to be positive outcomes.

How outcomes reach your report
Cohort-level attribution

Every outcome carries its cohort reference, so a sponsor can see which of the places they funded produced which result.
